Room and Rates

The guest room at Green House offers a double bed with en-suite shower room. The room is privately situated on the first floor, off the upstairs landing. Cotton linens are provided.
A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available to use, please ask if you need to borrow these items or anything else during your stay.

Rates are £25 per person per night for bed and breakfast, based on two sharing
Plus £10 per person per night single supplement.
Due to demand this Summer there is a two night minimum stay.

A 25% deposit is required for bookings made more than one week in advance.
The balance is due on the day of departure. Payment is accepted by cash or cheque.

Cancellation of room for 1 or 2 nights is accepted up to 72 hours before check-in
Cancellation of 3 or more nights is accepted up to one week before check-in
Reservations made more than 6 months in advance of arrival are billed in full at time of reservation
A 10% fee is applied to all refunds
